How to Book Your Personal
Consultation |
When you book a Private
Consultation we send you a questionnaire to
complete. Remember we customize the consult to
YOUR particular goals and needs. Keep a pen
and pad handy because you will likely think
of questions everyday until your consult.
That's great. You send back the completed
questionnaire about a week before your event
and then we compose a unique outline for your consult.

consultant since 1990 and the son of Maddie
Ogle will lead your consult. You will also
meet Maddie Ogle one or both days too. You
have two of the best business minds in the
grooming industry working for YOU for 2
days.
Here's how to book a
consult at our office in Washington state:
Please call to schedule
the dates of your Private 2 Day consultation
well in advance. We suggest you arrive the
night before to get a good night's sleep
before your consultation. We offer
appointments 7 days-a-week except major
holidays. Consultations start at 9:00 am and
conclude by 6:00 pm both days.
Refer to the information
below for our policies and procedures. Do
not book nonrefundable travel until you have
confirmed consultation dates and location
with our office, and checked availability of
accommodations.
Where: The consultation is
conducted in the home office of Madeline
Ogle, author of From Problems to Profits and
company president, in the small town of
Rainier about 15 miles from the state
capital. Her property is a ranch and the
accommodations we suggest are in the
Olympia, Washington area about 40 minutes
south of Sea-Tac Airport, and 60 minutes
south of Seattle near majestic Mt. Rainier.
We will meet you at your accommodations and
escort you to the ranch, or you may make the
20 minute drive
yourself. We will provide a map.
You are welcome to bring pets to the consult, just let
us know ahead.
Participants and Attire: Casual business
wear is acceptable. Summers are warm with
cool evenings. Spring and Fall are mild days
and very cool evenings, and Winter is cold
for most people but we rarely get more than
a few days with any snow. Rain is a part of
our life here but there are often sun breaks
and not steady rain. We suggest you wear
layers, and we will keep the office cozy and
warm for you.

Summer Day at the Ranch Office
Accommodations: Lodging
costs are not included in consultation fees.
Prices for economy motel rooms start at $59,
mid-range motels run $69-99 and deluxe
accommodations are more. Most clients stay
at either the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn
Express in Olympia-Lacey, Washington
surrounded by shopping, dining and
entertainment options for your free time.
There are studio rental locations, such as
Extended Stay, that run about $269 week.
Some people stay longer and visit
Vancouver, BC., Seattle, Mt. Rainier, the
Olympic Peninsula and Mt. St. Helens, all
nearby.
Transportation:
Transportation between airports and
accommodations, and your consultation is not
included in our consultation fees. Renting a
car at the airport provides you with maximum
flexibility and freedom, but airport
shuttles are also available to the Olympia
area. We suggest you fly into Sea-Tac
International Airport. If you don't rent a
car we suggest you stay in Olympia and we
will pick you up and bring you to Maddie's
home office in Rainier, a 20 minute drive
from Olympia.
Meals: Lunch is included
each of the 2 days of the consult.
Registration Fees and
Procedures: A deposit of $200 per person is
required to reserve your consultation.
Workbook materials are included at no
additional cost, but you are responsible to
bring your copy of From Problems to Profits.
Your fee includes a pre-trip consultation to
customize each event to your needs based on
a questionnaire you complete before you
travel. Balance is due in full at the start
of your private workshop, satisfaction
guaranteed. The fee is $1,150 for 1 or 2
persons, or $1,350 for 3 to 4 persons
including 2 lunches and workbook and
spreadsheet materials.
Fees may be subject to change, and you will
be given a confirmed fee before you
register.
Cancellation: You may
cancel your registration up to 7 days before
your workshop commences and receive a full
refund except for a $50 cancellation charge
per person. Cancellations less than 7 days
before your workshop commences are subject
to a cancellation charge of $100 per person,
or you may apply all of your deposit to a
future event less a $100 service fee to
cover our costs in making new arrangements.
In the rare event that we
must cancel your consultation and typically
only for reasons beyond our control, you
will receive a complete refund of your
prepaid consultation fees or you may apply
your deposit to a future event. We are not
responsible for any other cancellation or
miscellaneous charges you may incur as a
result of our having to cancel the
consultation. By registering you accept and
acknowledge your agreement with registration
information provided here.

faxed to 360-446-5234. For payment, we
accept personal and business checks up to 7
days before the workshop commences. Cashiers
check, money order, VISA, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express accepted also.
